Terr’O ideas is an itinerant peasant grocery installed in the township of Aspet, in the Pyrenees.
It aims to support local family farms and artisan productions through sustainability and the promotion of local and seasonal products.
Our products come from local family farms, grown and processed in accordance with their environment and people: fruits & vegetables, cow and goat cheese (mountain farming), delicatessen (pâté, sausages, free-range Gascon black pork ham), bread (on order), biscuits (cookies, buckwheat, einkorn, chip), cafes & sugars, honey & jams, beers, red wines and rosé (bottle and bib), apple juice, pasta (wholemeal flour), flours, dry vegetables.
By reinstating a local service and a social link by touring the villages, the store offers a unique link between producers and consumers. Vanessa started her winter route with this detail:
